3, Captain Rudolph VALINTINE M.C. was seriously wounded commanding ‘B’ Squadron, Warwickshire Yeomanry on 8th November 1917 in the last classic unsupported British Cavalry Charge to capture guns at Huj in Palestine, he died of his wounds on the 12th and is buried in Beersheba War Cemetery in present day Israel: (denoted by) [3].
